1. About Montare Alumni

Montare Alumni is a mobile app operated by Montare Recovery Solutions LLC for prior and current alumni app users and approved invited alumni members. The app helps users access alumni-related app features, complete registration, receive account approval updates, and receive administrative app/account notifications.

2. Eligibility

Montare Alumni is intended for approved alumni members and invited users. Montage Recovery Solutions LLC may review, approve, suspend, or deny access to accounts as needed to operate and protect the app.

3. Account Information

Users agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for notifying Montare Recovery Solutions LLC of unauthorized use or account issues.

4. SMS Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Montare Recovery Solutions LLC related to the Montare Alumni app. Messages may include app invitations, app access instructions, registration reminders, approval/status updates, login links, App Store links, and administrative app/account notices.

Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. SMS Opt-In Method

Users opt in to receive SMS messages through the public Montare Alumni SMS Opt-In form at https://www.montarealumni.com/sms-opt-in. Users enter their mobile phone number and affirmatively check an unchecked consent checkbox agreeing to receive account-notification text messages from Montage Recovery Solutions LLC about the Montare Alumni app. This campaign does not use verbal, paper-form, QR-code, or text-keyword enrollment as separate opt-in methods.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the app in a way that harms Montage Recovery Solutions LLC, Montare Alumni, other users, or the security of the service.

7. Privacy

Use of Montare Alumni is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.

8. Changes to the Service

Montage Recovery Solutions LLC may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Montare Alumni app or related services at any time.
